ABOUT US

Fit for Me, has been offering cardiac rehabilitation phase 4 classes since 2011. The rehabilitation classes are run and managed by cardiac rehabilitation fitness instructors and a cardiac nurse.
Our aim is to ensure you remain healthy, fit and most importantly reduce your risk of future cardiac event. Our classes are very enjoyable and there is always a bit of craic going on. Some of the clients tell us they just come for the laugh, however they do have to do a good work out too.
